The item was only shipped in bubble wrap and plastic envelope. Which caused the item damaged and unusable because a end cap that holds one of the tension bands was crushed but was promptly refunded.

Delivery is fast, but one plastic tip was broken. Should I send the entire product back or can you send me a plastic tip? because without it the entire product would be unusable.
